1. How are your products shipped?

All AutoTrix products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order date. Unless the Post Office is closed.

3. What is your return policy?

AutoTrix products that have not been used can be returned within 3 days from the date product arrived for a full refund.

4. What is your waranty policy?

AutoTrix guarantees all products to be non-defective upon shipping. If any product is damaged or inoperative upon arrival, you must notify AutoTrix within 3 days from the date product arrived.

5. Why do you not list a mailing address or phone number?

AutoTrix is a small company of only 2 partners.  We do answer email contacts promptly.  Rest assured all payments are sent thru Paypal and all purchases are covered by Paypal's protection policies.
